Standard 2: A school administrator is an educational leader who promotes the success of all students by advocating, nurturing, and sustaining a school culture and instructional program conducive to student learning and staff professional growth.
標準 2:學校行政者是教育領導者的一種,其透過提倡、培育以促進學生的成就,與維持學校文化及教學計畫以利於學生學習、學校行政者的專業成長。
Knowledge 知識
The administrator has knowledge and understanding of: 行政人員必須瞭解:
· student growth and development 學生成長與發展
· applied learning theories 應用學習理論
· applied motivational theories 應用激勵理論
· curriculum design, implementation, evaluation, and refinement課程設計、實施、評鑑和改進
